If you cross the Forbidden City in Beijing from south to north and leave through the Gate of Divine Might, you will reach Jingshan Park. The history of the park goes back to the Liao and Jin Dynasties. In the area is the artificially created Jingshan hill. From the top of it, you get a good view of the Forbidden City.
