Description

Small earthenware pots, sealed with aluminum foil, are arranged around the base of a tree in Istanbul, Turkey. These vessels are used for preparing and serving 'Testi Kebabı' (Pottery Kebab), a traditional Anatolian specialty where ingredients are slow-cooked inside the sealed clay pot.
