Sarajevo – Part 2

Sarajevo has a long and rich history of religious and cultural diversity. It is one of the few cities in Europe where a Catholic church, a mosque, an Orthodox church and a synagogue can be found in the same neighbourhood.

White Fortress

White Fortress (Bijela Tabija) is located at the eastern entrance to the Sarajevo Valley.
Because it is located at an altitude of 667 meters, it offers a good view of the Bosnian capital and its surroundings. Unfortunately, the fort itself is not in very good condition.
