Berliner Fernsehturm

The Fernsehturm (English: Television Tower) is located near the Alexanderplatz in Berlin and a landmark of the capital of Germany. It was completed in 1969 and has since been the highest structure in Germany. It clearly outstands the of buildings of the German capital.

With a height of 368 meters, it ranks second in Europe, but the Radio and TV Tower in Riga is only 50 cm higher. The Berlin TV tower cannot tear much worldwide, the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world, is more than twice as high.
